Mauricio Montaldo is the Managing Partner at Meet My Assistant, bringing over a decade of experience in staffing solutions and business operations. A graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Hospitality Management, Mauricio has worked with global brands like Twitter, Sony Music, Adobe, and Amazon, filling key roles and driving success.

Born in Ecuador and raised in Miami, Mauricio is passionate about helping businesses streamline their operations and boost productivity. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on Inter Miami and engaging with Miami’s vibrant community.
